The halfway point on our trip back to New Jersey

Ok, these are just a sample of the pictures, we hope to put on the site daily.
we are in Smithfiels, North Carolina.
we just stopped here overnight to get rested up for our final leg of the trip
to New Jersey. We will be there for ( 3 ) three days one for settelment on
the house, a second to visit with all the grandchildren and the thrid to visit
with our immediate family.

We drove by this place thinking we would stay but
it looked a little to shady, like maybe the hicks would
come and get us............









So we stopped at the Jameson Inn at Smithfield,N.C.
a clean place, resonable and next to a Texas roadhouse
restruant.
Plus they have the wireless internet.

Its Dave on a little horse ride at the
Texas Roadhouse, this is it for entertainment in this
town, ecept tommorrow we are going downtown
to the Ava Gardner Museum before we get back on the
Road.........

Well, we are getting good at this blog site, and hope to post at least six photo's daily.
Dave's job is to load the Pic's and Marge does the typing.
The both of them will enjoy all the activities.

Tuesday August 28th we are packing the car. We shall depart Florida for New Jersey tomorrow morning at 8am. First it's breakfast at I-Hops. We will stop half way in South Carolina.
