We are home in Florida, our new home away from home. We have been back from our National travels for only two days and have concluded that we need to do that again but see different sights and probably rent or buy a camper. But for now we are staying put, getting all of our records, doctors and paperwork ie. address changes all straight.

We are still settleing in to our new home and find we have more stuff than we need, and will prepare for the Big Community Yard Sale of all Yard Sales, so we can get rid of stuff. Maybe buy more stuff, or get different stuff. It's all about stuff.

Plans are also being made for Dave's sister "Sara" from Virginia to visit us during the Thanksgiving Holiday. and for our Christmas visit to New Jersey. Also we are setting up our calender for the last two months of the year. There is so much to do and so little time to do it.

The local playhouse has a great show going on "I love you, your perfect, now change." We hope to see it next weekend. Marge wants to play Hand & Foot at the resort library next week. We have signed up for a Bowling League, Marge is going to Curves starting Monday. It goes on and on we need to get the calender finished before we miss something. Oh yea, we also have to send this last Blog entry for a while. Maybe we will update it monthly for a while or just get one big blog entry for the holidays....................

Happy Halloween

No this is not Dave in a halloween outfit. It's the mascot for the local Ice Hockey team , "THE MUDBUGS" in Shrevesport, LA.
































The Ice Hockey arena is new and state of the art.
































Thank you Jack & Carol for taking us to our first live ice hockey game.

This is Jack & Carol , Marge's sister & brother-in-law at the game.

The game was intense all the way up to the Mudbugs loss in the last 2 minutes of the game.

Earlier in the day we spent the morning shopping at the Boardwalk on the Red River.

We rode the trolley which went up and down the boardwalk area. We should have walked after we had that cheesecake!
