Happy Halloween

No this is not Dave in a halloween outfit. It's the mascot for the local Ice Hockey team , "THE MUDBUGS" in Shrevesport, LA.

The Ice Hockey arena is new and state of the art.

Thank you Jack & Carol for taking us to our first live ice hockey game.

This is Jack & Carol , Marge's sister & brother-in-law at the game.

The game was intense all the way up to the Mudbugs loss in the last 2 minutes of the game.

Earlier in the day we spent the morning shopping at the Boardwalk on the Red River.

We rode the trolley which went up and down the boardwalk area. We should have walked after we had that cheesecake!

A picture of Jack & Carol at their beautiful home in Benton, Louisiana.

What a beautiful pool!!!!!

Jack & Carol have 2 cats, we know them as Cat #1 & Cat#2. This one liked us and the gray one who hissed at us and didn't want his picture taken.

Jack in his "POPPY" hat and the Gray Cat.

LUCY - TAKE NOTICE

Our sleeping arrangements at Jack & Carols were five star rated, as we stayed in the Palm Tree Room.............

The Palm Tree Room our sleeping quarters at sister Carol's home

These pictures are included for Lucy (Marge's son Tom's fiancee) to see as she loves palm trees............

Here we are at the restaurant ordering our "cheesecake."

Pictures out of order again...........sorry

At the base of the tower. (no, we did not go up the tower)

Hi guys
Carl says "hi" You have certainly visited some neat places. And all the family fun you've enjoyed is special to you I'm sure. I didn't know there was a Dick Clark museum. Put that on my list too. Back in '68 I lived in Ft. Leonard Wood,Mo. and we'd go to Springfield for REAL Shopping. Bye---Kathy
