We did something different today, I had the oil changed at Wal-Mart and we both went to Paul Mitchell's school of Cosmetology and my Honey had her nails done and I got a hair cut. My cut was free since I am a veteran ( go figure!! )
Other than that we have be driving all day. We did get to see some amazing scenery, saw some windsurfers on Hood River then we crossed the 45th parallel ( which is the location that is 1/2 way between the North Pole and the Equator ). Also we saw Mt. Hood at 11,249 ft and are looking forward to seeing if possible,Mt. Saint Helens.

Ho-Hum, another night on the blog with little to no significant pictures other than the natural surroundings we passed on our travels. Soon we will come upon something very cool to take photos of and talk more about other than these mountains, lakes and trees all the time.

How come no pictures of you getting your hair cut? Or of the finished product?

Hi Marge and Dave:
I talked with you guys today at the
Wilsonville Visitor Center. I really enjoyed it. My husband and I will follow your journey with a lot of envy. We would love to be
on the road now but will have to
wait about 2 years or a little less. I thought it was amazing that
my husband, Dave and my sister Marge were your names. Funny!

Will contact you off and on.
