We have planned our attact on the Grand. If it's an up/down supper high and curve ridden switchback narrow road we will see the Canyon's from the lower highways.
Well we took a chance, and drove right into the National Park, and without get danger to the 7000ft sighting points to which we have taken many pictures. and we returned safely to our hotel at the base of the Grand Canyon.
It was stressful but also so beautiful so we treated ourselves to an Ice Cream and some souvenir's. Later to the Jacuzzi and a little TV to watch of course "Dancing with the Star's"
Had to show you what my Honey looked like after the "Eagle" few into a loss, this past Sunday on the football field. Thank goodness the Philly's are made Division Champs.
But an afternoon of shopping helped her get over it.
Can you believe it they have a train which goes thou the South Eastern Rim of the Grand Canyon?
We enjoyed ever view, and on our way to the Petrified Forest we may go back to the Grand Canyon, which is only about 10 miles from our Hotel room again.

Honey kept telling me to get back from the edge, a golden opportunity for her and she let it go
Just look at this, people were down on the bottom area on donkey's, in ATV's and choppers and small planes flying about it was amazing.
